Application and introduction

Scope of application

Filtration and dehydration process

1. Gravity concentration and dehydration area

The sludge is evenly sent to the filter belt through the sludge distributor, and moves forward with the filter belt. The free water is stripped out under the action of self weight, concentrated and ready for preloading.

2. Wedge preloading dehydration area

The sludge enters the pressure dehydration area from the gravity dehydration area and loses its fluidity. Through the wedge-shaped area, the pressure and concentration gradually increase and prepare for high-pressure dehydration.

3. High pressure dehydration of extrusion roll

In the high-pressure zone, the capillary in the sludge is squeezed out in combination with water pressure, the volume shrinks, and the free water and bound water are extruded to form a filter cake.
