Product introduction

The dry land gold panning machine is loaded into the loading bucket by the loader. The materials enter the drum for screening evenly through the loading belt. The stones with a diameter greater than 1cm are discharged into the waste area through the chute. The ores with a diameter less than 1cm are discharged into the waste area through the automatic gold concentrator, and the wastes such as sand are discharged into the waste area. The rich ores containing Jinsha are fed into the gold panning centrifuge for enrichment again. The machine is loaded on the chassis and can be dragged by the loader for a short distance close to the working face to reduce the oil waste caused by being far away from the working face.

Working process of dryland gold mining machinery

The hopper is loaded by the loader. Once screened by the rolling screen of the conveyor belt, the coarse materials are discharged, and the fine materials enter the gold clarification blanket to select the heavy minerals - heavy minerals and the gold concentrator to select the gross gold.

Equipment parameters

1. The feeding hopper is suitable for feeding of type 50 loader. The feeding hopper is welded with 5mm steel plate, the feeding hopper is supported with 12# channel steel, the support bar is 6# angle steel, and the feeding hopper is added with a widening plate. Increase the equipment width, with the specification of 2.1m * 2.4m

2. The feeding belt conveyor is 6m long and 0.8m wide. It is made of 10# channel steel, equipped with 5.5kW motor and 350 reducer.

3. The rolling screen is a shaftless screen with a specification of 2.5m * 1.2m and a screen hole of 25mm. It is welded with 18# manganese steel * 16 round steel. The rolling screen support frame is made of 12# channel steel. The power is equipped with a 5.5kW motor and a 350 reducer.

4. The gold panning chute is an agitated chute with a length of 6m and a width of 1m. The chute is paved with Mitsubishi Chengjin blanket, which is pressed with gold grate, powered by 4kw speed regulating motor and 250 reducer.

5. The specification of the gold concentrator is 0.6m in diameter and 1.2m in height. It is powered by a 4kw motor.

6. Pebbles are slid by chute, which is made of 5mm steel plate.

7. The water pump is equipped with two 5.5kW water pumps and 20m water pipes.

8. Equipped with standard distribution box and power lines below the distribution box.

9. All steel of the equipment is national standard steel, and all bearing parts are reinforced.

10. The whole equipment is 3 pieces, equipped with a movable base, which is made of 16# channel steel welded * 3mm steel plate and can be moved at any time.
